What a great first week of practice! The work everyone did in the off-season is really paying off as we start to really get into the swing of things. Our freshmen have been doing amazing so far and all of us returners can’t wait to play in a game with them. We are also thrilled about the newest addition to our coaching staff, Marvin, who is going to help take our team to the next level. Every day we’ve been learning new plays and getting better at the fundamentals, all the while getting to know each others’ playing styles. The team building we did last weekend was awesome, and I can’t say enough positive things about the group we have this year. As we get ready for the scrimmages we have coming up soon, everyone is really getting excited to see what we are going to look like when it all comes together.
